Ms. Nabisubi Mary has 4 years of experience as a human Resource Manager in our organization. She also doubles as the K-MD Credit Program’s Manager.
Before joining the Caritas Department in June 2015, Ms. Nabisubi worked as Mityana branch manager for KEDEP (U) LTD (2006 -2015), KEDEP Credit officer – Uganda Kolping Society (2002-2005), AFOS Programme – Uganda Kolping Society (1997 -2002) and as a teacher at Mityana S.S.S (1989 – 1996).
Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree of Arts in Microfinance and Community Economic Development and an Associate Degree in the same discipline from Uganda Martyrs University – Nkozi. Mary also holds a Diploma in education from National Teacher’s College Mubende, a certificate in Project planning and management from the Institute of Adult and continuing Education – Makerere University, and a certificate in Economic Development from Egerton University, Njoro – Kenya and Wagenigen University Netherlands.

Mary is very interested in socializing, sharing experience, learning new ideas and engaging in team work.

Mr. Ssendege Ronard is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with six years experience in Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Data management.
Ronard holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Business statistics from Makerere University, Uganda Diploma in Business studies – Accounting Option from Makerere University Business school and a certificate in computer applications.
Ronard loves singing, acting and watching drama, reading novels, adventuring, supporting others to learn as well as offering counselling and guidance

Mr. Makanga Francis Xavier Katekabi – Chief Accountant, is a respected member of accounts office in our community with over 30 years of experience. Before joining Kiyinda-Mityana Diocese, Francis was accountant to Kirembe Consumers Co-operative Society for 3 years.
Mr. Katekabi holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Uganda College of Commerce Nakawa, a certificate in Project planning and management from Makerere University. He also holds East African Certificate of Education from Namilyango College. Francis Xavier is a prayer worrier, a teacher and a counsellor to all staff in our community. He is an environment conservation activist.

Mrs. Nayiga Maria Fraces Mugagga – Accountant joined our organization in 2011 with professional accounting experience of 6 years. Prior joining Caritas, Maria worked as an accountant with EAIGCM and IUCEA under VICRES Program as an accounting assistant. She volunteered at the East African Institute of Governance and conflict Management as an accountant. She also worked with BECO Consultants Ltd as a research assistant.

Maria, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from Makerere University. She also acquired a certificate in computerized accounting software i.e., QuickBooks, and Pastel, a certificate in computer application as well as a certificate in leadership skills.

Maria Fraces has a sonorous voice when it comes to singing church music.

Mr. Yiga Henry – Accountant joined Caritas K-MD on 3^rd July 2006 with a professional working experience of four years. Before Joining Caritas, Henry worked with Actionaid International Uganda in Mubende district.

He holds an MBA Finance and Accounting, a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce majoring in accounting from Makerere university and a certificate in computer application from CompuSmart Computer & Management Training Institute.

Henry loves football and he is a staunch supporter of Arsenal football club.

Mr. Kizza Mathias – Diocesan Agriculture coordinator joined our community way back in 2006. He coordinates activities of the Central Archdiocesan Province Caritas Association (CAPCA) Program implemented in Kassanda District. Prior to joining Caritas K-MD, Mathias worked with Kajjoji Mixed Farm and TTAMU Dairy Farm as a manager as well as one of the directors of M.N.D.E vet. Consult.

Mathias holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project planning and management from Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Agriculture from Uganda Martyrs University – Nkozi, a National Diploma in Animal husbandry from Bukalasa Agricultural college, a certificate in Sustainable Agricultural Practices and a Veterinary Assistant’s certificate from the Veterinary Training Institute Entebbe – Uganda.

Mathias has over 28 years of experience in implementing agricultural related programs.
He is a staunch of Manchester united FC.

Mr. Kakanga George joined Caritas in 2010 as an agriculture extension worker.   Currently, he doubles both as a field staff under the CAPCA program and a Program manager – K-MD Integrated Livelihood Program. Before joining our team, he worked as a coordinator – Kalangala District Farmers’ Association.

George holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Agriculture and a Diploma in Animal Husbandry from Uganda Martyrs University – Nkozi. He as well holds a Uganda Junior Technical Certificate in Tropical Agriculture stage I & II from Ssese Farm School.

Goerge loves listening to radio talk shows, socializing, sharing ideas and facts with people most especially farmers.

Mr. Bagonza Edward Bright – Field officer under the Integrated Cow Program joined our team in August 2019. Prior to joining Caritas, Bright worked with Mityana Institute of Animal Husbandry as a field staff offering Practical lessons to students.

He holds a Diploma in Animal Production and Management from Kyera Agricultural training College Mbarara and a certificate in Animal Production and Management from Mityana Institute of Animal Husbandry.

Edward loves playing football as well as listening to and watching music.

Mr. Kyeswa Henry – Field officer under the Integrated Cow Program joined our team in July 2022. He had before worked with Mityana Institute of Animal Husbandry as a field staff.

Henry holds a certificate in General Agriculture from Mityana Agrovet Institute, a certificate in Animal Production and Management from Mityana Institute of Animal Husbandry and a certificate in Artificial insemination from the National Animal Genetic Resources Center and Data Bank.

Henery is renowned for his special skills in animal health management, heat detection and artificial insemination.

He loves watching movies and reading novels during his free time.

Mr. Kyeyune Emmaneul – Manager of the K-MD Integrated Cow Program
joined our organization in January 2019. Prior to joining our community,
Emmauel worked at Center for Indigenous development efforts (CIDE) as an
animal husbandry officer. He has 12 years’ experience in dairy development
and project management.
Mr. Kyeyune holds a Diploma in General Agriculture from Uganda Martyrs
University – Nkozi.

Emmanuel loves singing church music and playing musical instruments.

Mrs. Nanfuka Proscovia Kimbugwe – Manager of the Horizont₃₀₀₀ Program and the Orphans and Vulnerable children Care Project joined Caritas in 2013 as a volunteer in the Accounts section.  Before joining Caritas, Proscovia worked as an accountant and secretary at St. Kizito Carmelites Mission – Kyengeza Parish.

Proscovia, holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Economics from Uganda Martyrs University – Nkozi, a Diploma in Business Education from National Teachers’ College – Nkozi and a certificate in Project planning and management.

She is interested in athletics and sports, adventuring and socializing.

Mr. Ssewankambo Pius – Field officer, joined Caritas Kiyinda-Mityana in 2013 as an Agricultural Field Extension officer with farm management experience of 3 years. Prior joining, he worked at Mbarara/Nyamitanga Mixed Farm.

Pius, holds a National Diploma in Animal Production and Management from Bukalasa Agricultural college.

He loves sports most especially volleyball. He is also good at making friends and associating with new people. Pius is very passionate about his job.

Ms. Nakaddu Mirriam –Field officer, joined Caritas Kiyinda-Mityana in June 2021. Before her recruitment, Mirriam worked with Kassanda Grower’s cooperative society Ltd where among other duties she sensitized farmers about HIV/AIDS control and creating awareness on the Covid-19 pandemic. She also volunteered at Njovu medical center where she served in the community awareness creation on HIV/AIDS testing, regular visits HIV/AIDS positive clients, mobilization and sensitization on sanitation and hygiene as well as human rights.

Mirriam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social works and Social Administration from Kampala University.

She loves team work, socializing and adventuring

Mr. Temamuli Francis – Field officer, Joined Caritas Kiyinda Mityana – Social protection office in May 2022. Before joining our community, Francis volunteered with Uganda Red Cross Society – Mityana Branch and GIZ- Mityana as Field Assistant.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Development Studies form Ndejje University.

He loves church music, watching soccer and visiting friends.

Mr. Ssebiragala – Credit officer joined Caritas K-MD in August 2014 as an SNV-WASH field officer with a 3 years experience in the area of community development. Prior joining Caritas Kiyinda-Mityana, Henry was a community volunteer at Mubende District Local Government for 1 year. He also worked as counsellor at St. Mary’s Medical Services Entebbe.

Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Based Development from Nkumba University and a certificate in computer studies from Michael Nights Computer Services.

He likes getting ideas from the impoverished communities.

Mr. Kikambi Benard – Credit officer joined Caritas K-MD in 2015 as an Assistant Credit officer. Prior to joining Caritas, Benard worked with Centenary Bank Kiboga branch and as a cashier at Masaka Weterekere Development SACCO.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Accounting from Kyambogo University and a Diploma in Accountancy from Buganda Royal Institute of Business and Technical Education. He is currently pursing a CPA with ICPAU.

Just like Mathias, Benard is a staunch supporter of Manchester united FC and Buddu FC. He also loves playing lawn tennis and volleyball as well as sharing ideas and travelling.

Mr. Amone Desnond Joined – Credit officer joined caritas K-MD on 14^th /03/2018. The K-MD Credit department cherishes him for his technical expertise in; computerized accounting software i.e., Tally and quick books, Credit/Loans performer software as well as his computer skills.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce majoring in Accounting from Makerere University.

Desmond loves motor bike racing, playing computer games as well as watching football (Chelsea FC Fan)

Mr. Kazibwe Charles – Credit officer joined Caritas K-MD in March 2018 under the PROMIC program. Before joining our team, Charles worked for Bukoto Market Vendors’ SACCO Limited as a Finance & Administrative Manager between 2015-2016 and as an Accountant between 2012 and 2014.

He holds a Bachelor of Management Science from Kyamogo University and a Diploma in Cooperative & Business Administration from Uganda Cooperative college-Kigumba. He also acquired a certificate in Fundamentals of Accounting & Financial management from Nexia Financial & Management Consultants.

On our team, Charles is liked for being highly motivated and his interpersonal & communication skills.

He loves watching movies in his free time, singing especially gospel music and attending to his family.

Mr. Aheebwa Cleophas – Accounts assistant – Credit department, is one of the officers who joined Caritas K-MD as a volunteer and later was promoted as a full staff member under the Credit department.

Cleophas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and management majoring in accounting and finance from Uganda Martyrs University – Nkozi and a certificate in Computer application, maintenance and repair.

Mr. Aheebwa is liked for his excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management, being results oriented and able to carry out different tasks assigned to him.

He is interested in carrying out research studies, making friends, travelling and watching football.

Ms. Ddembe Lailar – Marketing officer Joined our organisation in May 2022 as a volunteer under the Credit department. Before joining us, Ms. Ddembe worked with Edicas Enterprises Limited as a sales and marketing officer. Lailar has a 6 years experience in sales and marketing.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from Nkumba Universtity.

She likes reading, listening to motivational speeches and hanging out with friends.

Mr. Seruyange Julius – Manager of the WASH program joined our team on the 10^th May 2017 as a field officer after which he was promoted to a Program management position.  Before joining our team, Julius worked for Stanbic bank for six months as an internee in 2015.

Mr. Seruyange, holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce majoring in Accounting from Makerere university. He is currently pursuing a CPA from the ICPAU.

Julius also doubles as a K-MD Promic Program coordinator under the K-MD Credit Program in Kassanda district.

Julius is well renowned for his strictness to duties.

Mr. Ntabaazi Francis doubles as the organization transport officer and as an HIV/AIDS focal person.  He is one of the longest serving staff who joined Caritas way back in 1982 as an Agricultural and PHC/CBHC coordinator. He has served the organization in different portfolios since then. He has worked as a Zonnal coordinator in charge of Uganda Kolping in the Diocese, a Natinal facilitator for community health capacity building Processes, an acting Diocesan health coordinator, chairperson of the Diocesan health advisory board, chairperson Mubende Network of AIDS services organization and as a senior counselor Villa Maria Hospital-community AIDS Home care & Orphan support Program

Francis holds a Diploma in Project Planning and Management form Makerere University, a Diploma in Public Health from Kanamayi Public Health institute Mombasa-Kenya and a Diploma in General Agriculture from Arapai Agricultural College. He has also acquired a number of certificates from the short courses attended.

Xavier loves socializing and cracking jokes which make work enjoyable among team members.

Ms. Nansubuga is one of the most respected members in our community. She is entitled to ensure that our cafeteria is fully functional so that all staff have a bite before embarking on a day’s activities.  She also over sees the general cleanliness of our premises and welfare of staff in our organization.

Molly loves children, socialization and staunch member of St. Cecilia choir Mityana Cathedral Parish.
