Program Overview
Our Health, HIV/AIDS & WASH (Water, Hygiene and Sanitation) program focuses on improving community health outcomes through comprehensive health interventions, HIV/AIDS prevention and support, and improved access to clean water and sanitation facilities.
HIV/AIDS Prevention and Support
Prevention Education
We conduct community sensitization and education programs on HIV/AIDS prevention, transmission, and stigma reduction. This includes school-based programs, community outreach, and targeted campaigns for at-risk populations.
Testing and Counseling
We facilitate HIV testing and counseling services, ensuring community members know their status and receive appropriate counseling and support.
Support for PLHIV
We provide support to people living with HIV including adherence counseling, nutritional support, and linkage to treatment services. We also support families affected by HIV/AIDS.
Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission
We work to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV through education, testing, and support for pregnant women living with HIV.
Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH)
Water Access
We improve access to clean water through construction and rehabilitation of water sources including boreholes, shallow wells, and rainwater harvesting systems. This reduces waterborne diseases and improves overall community health.
Sanitation Facilities
We support communities to construct and improve sanitation facilities including latrines, handwashing stations, and proper waste disposal systems. This reduces open defecation and improves hygiene practices.
Hygiene Promotion
We conduct hygiene education programs focusing on handwashing, safe water handling, food hygiene, and general sanitation practices. This includes school programs and community campaigns.
Community Led Total Sanitation
We implement Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) approaches to empower communities to achieve open defecation-free status through community mobilization and behavior change.
General Health Interventions
Health Education
We provide health education on various topics including nutrition, maternal and child health, family planning, and disease prevention.
Community Health Workers
We train and support community health workers who provide basic health services, health education, and referral services at the community level.

We organize periodic health camps providing free medical consultations, basic treatments, and health screenings to underserved communities.
